These Terms govern your use of the Relational Architect website and coaching services, operated by Kristen Vallely under Revive and Thrive Consulting, LLC.
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health or medical condition. A full Coaching Agreement, including scope, cancellation policy, and consent terms, is provided and signed prior to your first session.
Participation in intensives, including any optional ceremonial element, is governed by a separate signed waiver and, where applicable, a Prescriber Clearance Form. These documents take precedence over this general summary.
Payment terms, deposits, and cancellation policies are outlined in your specific service agreement or intensive brochure at time of booking.
Information shared during coaching is held in confidence, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent serious harm.
Relational Architect is not liable for outcomes, dissatisfaction, or unmet goals. Coaching is a collaborative process, and you remain responsible for your own choices and actions.
